I tried the AI feature to summarize sticky notes and resources that my students posted to a board yesterday and it worked perfectly. I tried it today and I just get a blank untitled doc, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong???? I highlighted the contents>clicked AI tool> and chose “summary” but I didn’t get anything like what I got yesterday when I tried.

As per my replication, I was able to get it work and it summarized the word “TESTTTTTTTTTTT”
I want to help you fix this. Could you please share the following:
- Did you notice any difference in the content or format of the sticky notes or resources between yesterday and today?
- Are you using the same browser or device as when it worked correctly?
- Did you make any changes to the board setup or settings since the last time it worked?
- Have you tried refreshing the page or using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue?
- A short video reproducing the issue you encountered could be really helpful!
