Hello, I just received a Free license and I am trying to convert this to Full license as per instructions shared in the picture below.
However, when I click on New Board, the pop-up window to request permission doesn’t appear.
Can you please advise on what I need to do in order to start creating new boards?

I believe that the Admin needs to invite you to convert the license first. Have you asked the admin about your access settings?
