I've been using Miro for years, and I really love this platform.Today, I encountered my first issue: I cannot access one specific board. I don't see any errors in the dev tool nor the network section on the board page. The error I encounter is when I enter the dashboard. APIGET https://miro.com/api/v1/segments/BUSINESS_UPSELL_FREE_TEAMS/teams/3074457358175405577Error message is Segment of type <User> is not found! Despite knowing that other boards work as expected, I tried turning off every extension and using my phone to access the board, but no luck so far. Has anyone encountered this error? I want to send them a ticket but because im an unpaid user so I’m not allowed to :’( Thank you in advance!
Good afternoon.I am a board owner on a free plan.However, while editing permissions and access for other team members, I accidentally blocked access for myself as well.The board is in the lists, but I can't perform any operations with it - since I am the owner, I became only a commentator.Can I restore access to the board? How to do it?

When clicking “Contact Support” in the help center, my browser starts to load a contact form, but then I get redirected to “https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/requests/new“ and cant actually fill out a form. Honestly this is the worst support experience I’ve seen in a while from what otherwise seems to be a fairly functional service. Does anyone have a direct email address? Or is there a chat function somewhere?
Very much a bug.I want to check if anyone else has experienced the same problem I am. When there is a lot of copy in the Notes section, it will occasionally cut off a letter at the start of one line, or move it to another line; change formatting or revert back to an earlier save. It’s rather infuriating as I’m writing the speaker notes for a full day course and cannot afford to have the work unravel.Anyone?And if so, have you found a workaround?Thanks,Matt
I created a table and in the table I have several rows and columns with text. Within each cell, I use orange font to call out systems and tools and bold for key terms. This has been working fine for several days, but then yesterday every time I clicked within a cell and only selected a portion of the text, the edit toolbar (add columns or rows, change font type, size, bold, indentation, color, highlighting) would disappear and instead a different one would pop up that just says (edit, duplicate, delete). If I click ‘edit’, it just moves my cursor to the end of the text in that cell. If I click the entire cell, I can see the edit toolbar I want, but as soon as I select a portion of the text, it disappears and the other toolbar pops up. Any ideas of why is this happening all of sudden and how I can fix it? I’ve asked another colleague who has access to the board too and he’s now having the same issue too.
I have several touch tables and touch based carts at our university and am looking to integrate Miro into them. Our current software allows a multitouch user interface, as does some of the integrated LG/Planar apps that run on the monitors. Are there multi touch options within Miro to allow for users to collaborate together on the same screen? We would like to test this out on our LG Createboard, but I have not seen any information around multitouch capabilities.
I have a large process map in Miro and using a frame when printing. This has been printed several times without issues. After an update of the board elements we ran into trouble with a scaling that occurs when printing to PDF. In the pictures above you can see it in Miro with the frame, and one picture when exported to PDF where the boxes do no longer hold the position and becomes messy, laying over each other and looses the connection lines. I have tried, Restart, another browser and several attempts of exporting. Any tips to what is causing this?
Entity relationship diagram (ERD) slows down board performance after +50 ERD objectsMy board have +500 objects and 200 of them are ERD objects. My other boards are +2000 objects and there is no performance issue, we work satisfactorily fast with them. However, when we add ERD, even in a small number objects, boards slows down dramatically.What's more confusing is that the slowness remains in my board when I delete ERD objects. When I copy all objects except ERDs to a new board, there is no slowness in new board.I try it in Windows desktop app and Chrome browser. result is the same. The app is updated. (OP is also updated Windows 10)I'm open to any ideas if anyone can help with this.
Hi I changed teams internally recently and now nothing in my Miro works. I cant even access my profil settings to delete my profil, create a board, see any boards, join a team - nothing - neither on chrome, edge or the desktop app. I have no idea how to solve it. The only features that I have access to are “Apps & integrations”, “API & Documentation” and “Log out” When I click the “+” to join a team I just get a pop-up to ask to join some former team I once was a part of. I used a board in a class last semester with the free account, where I sent the public link to the students, and, if I remember correctly, they were able to edit via the public link without registering for Miro accounts. Is this a feature that existed in the past as I am remembering it, and am i right that it looks like this is not something that is possible today? Thansk
I honestly can’t remember the functionality, but I am getting super frustrated with the face the objects always attach to the “base” frame and not the relevant frame I am working on. ( I attached a screenshot)I am wondering if this a new bug, or feature?if it’s a bug, i’d love for a fix ASAP. If it’s a feature, would to hear any suggestions on how to better utilize the system. When I try to embed < > a form from Google Drive into my Miro board, it shows up with a generic logo rather than a mini version of the actual form. In the past, I had no problem embedding a form (using iframe) from Google Drive. It would show up on my board as a mini version of my form (including the header image). Please advise!
I had access to two teams on Miro, but after I received access to a new team, the other two does not show up on the left side list and I can’t access them.Same thing happened when I received access for the second one- first team disappeared from my list.Any help?
Recently, there have been users that could not access boards to which they have had access previously. When the board is shared with them again, they are able to access and contribute as normal. Any idea why they may periodically have trouble accessing a board, resulting it the need to have the board re-shared with them?
