Hey there!I’ve worked out a way to have my board / portfolio act as a website, where I have basically embedded the board with no UI fit the entire frame of my website (http://xt-projects.com) and it looks great! However I’m having issues with the start view, mostly on mobile/tablet as it doesn’t seem to follow the same rules that it does on desktop. It starts in a completely different spot even though the iframe is responsive (I think?).Attaching some screenshots below. Desktop start view (looks almost perfect, although coordinates are still a bit off):Mobile start view (no idea why it puts the view way up the above where all the content sits): I also tried adding the moveToWidet parameter to my iframe but it didn’t really seem to work either as it was zoomed in and not in the right position on either desktop or mobile. Would love some insight if anyone can help? Here’s what my current code looks like:<iframe src="https://miro.com/app/live-embed/uXjVOkn1OQc=/?embedMode=view_only_wit
Every time when I want to upload an image (usually it’s a PDF copy of something) there appears a notification: “There was a problem uploading your image” and I can’t see it later! I’ve never had this problem until last week. I’ve checked my connection and it works perfectly well. What might the problem be and how can I fix it?
Hello,I struggle to install Jira Cards with our onprem Jira instance (DataCenter) using OAuth 2.0.What I read from Miro documentation is that OAuth 1.0 is used for onprem Jira instances. In the german version it is even said that:The protocol used is OAuth 1.0.Currently Atlassian only supports this protocol. OAuth 2.0 authorisation code (3LO) is currently in developer preview.https://help.miro.com/hc/de/articles/360013463739-Jira-Karten-FAQWhich is clearly untrue because our Jira instances (v9.x) uses OAuth 2.0 by default. That’s why the connection between Jira and Miro does not work for our instance, because Miro only supports OAuth 1.0. So my question is: How can I connect Miro to Jira (DC) - while Miro only supports OAuth 1.0 but Jira only supports OAuth 2.0?
Since the 1st June, when I zoom out on the Ipad, some parts of all what I write with the apple pencil disappears, but not on the computer, it’s very annoying for me and my students. Please can someone from the support give the information to the tech in order to fix it quickly ? TY
Hello, Is there a way to connect the tasks in a to do list (within Miro) to a timeline board? So that the tasks with a set date are collected accordingly in a to do list that gets automatically updated when the date or the task name is changed in the timeline and viceversa?
I am comparing 2 products: LucidChart and Miro. I prefer the Miro UI, but unfortunately, to use basic ERD symbols, I have to upgrade and double my subscription price. I do not need team boards, voting, polling, collaboration or SSO. I also do not need so-called advanced diagramming shapes. I only need normal ERD notation, like crow’s feet. LucidChart, and most others, offer this without a business plan. Is there an alternative on Miro, as I feel Miro’s UI is superior.Thank you!Brian
I’m working on a Facilitator Manual to train folks on how to follow and use our proprietary online platform (a Policy Consensus Building Model for Municipalities). I want the trainee to be able to access the various frames and elements in a DIY fashion, on their own time. I have experimented with Talk Tracker in order to have a verbal explanation to accompany the items/elements in a frame. It works well, except that the text in the frame is static. Is there a way to highlight a particular element or bullet point to emphasize the words being spoken by the Trainer? I can’t find a way to do this, but would really like that functionality. Any suggestions? Failing this, is there a way I can record the ‘talking head’, over a Power Point and have that work within Miro? Thanks!
When I use the handwriting pen of laptop on the screen, I found the writing experience in Microsoft White Board is better than that performing in Miro Board, suggested to improve on this : )Below 2 pictures for comparison:(It is more difficult to control my hand force to keep a good shape of writing in Miro Board. The line thickness is varying from different writing force in White Board, while Miro has not.)
I think that mapple.io allows you to create a table from your diagram, but in my case I want something that links a table to a diagram on a frame, so that updates to the diagram reflects in the table, and changes to the table reflects in the diagram. For example, you start off with this linked diagram and tableAnd then decide you want to add a box C from A in the diagram, which should then automatically update to the table to give something like this:or you could add the cells A and C in the second row of the table, and the diagram automatically generates a box C from A, which you can then move around however you wish. I’m hoping there’s an easy tool to do this, so if anyone knows of one that’s not too complex to integrate (like mappl.io), let me know 🤘 PS. if a quick fix or tool doesn’t spring to mind, and you know of something more complex, feel free to add that to the conversation

How does Miro avoid creation of duplicates with the 2 way push between Miro-Jira (i.e., duplicate objects from Miro to Jira and also Jira to Miro)? Perhaps @Shubangi Sunder has some more info or a video explaining how creating duplicates are avoided in either app (JIRA or Miro)? Thanks.
Hey everyone, hoping you can help! I just got a template/board published in the Miroverse under the wrong account - my work one - instead of my personal Miro account. Is there a way I can transfer this already published template to my personal one, or do I need to delete and re-upload from my personal account for re-publishing? Thanks!
Miro Web SDK 2.0 announces the experimental release of the `getVotingResults` method for paid plans that have access to the voting feature
Hey, Miro Developers! We’re excited to announce experimental release of the getVotingResults method for paid plans that have access to the voting feature. The getVotingResults method fetches the results of voting sessions belonging to a board. This method is available only on paid plans that have access to the voting feature. It’s really important to us that we can create the best possible developer experience when it comes to this new capability, so please share any and all of your feedback with us here, or in our #experimental channel on Discord:https://discord.gg/G8KFgnkCc5 Important: Please keep in mind that this is an experimental feature, so you should not implement or rely on this capability in any kind of production environment, as there may be changes, bugs, etc. We’ll be sharing all feedback directly with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure we’re creating the best version of this capability possible!
