Hi @Massimiliano ,

Thanks for reahing out and for bringing this up!

Could you provide more details on what happened? For example:

  • Were you moving or editing cards when this occurred?
  • Are you using Miro on a browser or the desktop app?
  • If possible, can you share a screenshot or a short screen recording showing what the board looks like now?

Additionally, have you tried using Board History (if available on your plan) to see if you can revert to an earlier state?

Let us know so we can help troubleshoot! 😊

In the board history you can see that a member has edite all the 627 cards in the same time, at 13.03, but you can’t go back

I think it's a bug and I hope the board fixes itself because it would be impossible for me to rearrange all the cards

HI @Massimiliano,

Thanks for the update. Since the Board History shows a mass edit at 13:03 but you’re unable to revert, this might require Miro Support’s help.

I’ll convert your post into a ticket so this can be investigated. Please check your inbox for support’s response.

I recommend providing them with the following details:

  • A brief description of what happened.
  • A screenshot of the Board History showing the mass edit.
  • Whether any integrations or automations were active.
  • You might also get asked to share you board with support and giving them edit access.

This will allow the Miro team to investigate further and check if any recovery options are available.

Let us know if you need more assistance.
