i am running a workshop with non-techie managers.  does anyone have a cheat-sheet or short presentation to tell them all they need to participate in brainstorming, inserting text onto frameworks, and stickie creation/movement?  and zooming in/out to find items.

I find it better to give new Miro users a simple sandbox exercise at the beginning of a workshop to orient them to its usage. Here’s a screenshot from one of my upcoming courses:
