MULTIPLE DESKTOP MIRO WINDOWS

Hi all,

We use Miro for Fashion/Retail related work flows that deal with Seasons. As we have multiple Miros for any given Season, the idea of having separate windows would be useful.

Currently you can only have 1 Miro Desktop Window open, which means we have 15 tabs of Miros where you can’t read their name/hard to navigate. If we could open multiple windows we could organise each window to have different seasons (or work flows).

E.G:
1 x Window - Spring Summer 2025 with multiple tabs
1 x Window - Fall Holiday 2026 with multiple tabs

Thanks!

Luke

I need multiple windows to build pages and microsites, and I need to reference the information architecture on another corner of the board (or project) against the wireframes. It’s aggravating this “feature” of having multiple Miro windows is not available on the desktop app. I can do this on Figma’s desktop app (and Figjam).

Yeah I need this too, so annoying this is not possible. Miro has so much amazing things about it but this is a huge annoyance

I need this to build a roadmap based on a brainstorm board. 1 window for my roadmap and 1 window for the brainstorm as reference. It’s much more difficult to toggle between the tabs than to have one window open on my different screens.

this is a much needed feature! I have several miro boards for different projects with same client and sometimes I need to review side by side. Also, sometimes I need to jump into a board really quick to make an edit, and having to navigate back and forward is not as efficient and helpful as to have two or more windows

Another (small) use case for this feature: As a project evolves, I sometimes need to consolidate and/or archive artifacts or pieces of discovery to keep the main boards at a useable size. It would be a nice little efficiency gain  to be able to cmd~ back and forth between two boards.
