We would like to export more details in the excel export. For example, the Sticky notes author.

Other useful export fields:

  • Time/Date created
  • Location of author
  • Timezone of author
  • Time/date modified
  • Modified by what user

hmmm… Nice suggestion!

The time/date created field would be AMAZING for referring back to interview recordings in user research. So much of my time as a user researcher is spent going through and tagging recordings (in a separate app) so that they can be viewable in the future. This information is readily available in the “Info” section on the right-click menu, but going through individual sticky notes and checking each timestamp is incredibly tedious

it would great if you could either create a group name so that when you export you also get the group name for each item.

Wow, it’s been 3-years and this hasn’t been done yet - how long and/or how many votes will it take to make this happen ?

Respectfully,

It’s been four years since the initial request and one year since an admin said it was being reviewed. I still don’t seem to be able to export these valuable fields. Any chance of this happening?

Absolutely, that makes a lot of sense! Having more detailed fields in the Excel export—like author, timestamps, location, and modifiers would make analysis and reporting much easier.

Including these additional fields would also help with accountability and tracking changes across collaborative boards. Definitely a feature that could save users a lot of time when reviewing or auditing content.
