According to the docs the frames are meant for adding structure:

Add structure to the content on your board with frames.

So that is what I do. As it often occurs, once you start structuring objects, you find a pattern and you find yourself in need to repeat that same pattern over and over. However, currently when I try to copy/paste or duplicate frames, their names get all messed up by prepending “Copy of ...” text. It is then quite time consuming to alter frame titles to remove the “Copy of ...”. Please add option to duplicate frames as-is without altering them or their content in any way.
