I'm a system administrator for an enterprise.
I want to get a list of users' usage,
but I can't get it because there is no last activity in the SCIM entry.

I think it's easy to add an item to the Active users section of the GUI, because it exists.
Please implement it.
Agreed! Please add user last activity and/or last login to both the User object and the SCIM object.
Adding my vote to this. We can’t run automation scripts to prune inactive accounts without this. Having to do it manually on a weekly or monthly basis is neither a good use of time nor cost effective.
Lack of any clean way to get a report of user activity from the API is a real gap.
