Story Point control not integrated with the Story Point field on Azure DevOps

I am just busy investigating how we can use Miro in our next planning session and I am struggling with understand how story points added to a card are synced to DevOps.

Dragging the point onto the card does not seem to update the Story Point field on the card when editing the popout or when syncing the board.

 

It adds it to the Azure Card like this but does not sync to DevOps as the Story Point field which makes it a nice control to use but not very useful.

Being able to choose which field to add it to would also be useful - in our case it the story point field however others may want to use the estimate field.

Hi ​@Eca,

 

we’re using teams for sprint planning and the tools for estimation (story points and estimation) but now the azure issue cards have three separate properties (story points, estimation, story points in azure). It would be great to connect those, currently we always have to edit the azure cards separately again, which takes a lot of unnecessary time. I appreciate the help!

Hi ​@Eca 

We use Miro for PI-planning, so it would be super super useful for us if this widget - and the Person widget as well - did work with Azure Devops, so we could just drag story points and assignee to the Azure Card

It’s quite cumbersome to edit the Story Point manually from Miro as you can only update 1 Azure card at a time 


It would be a dream come true to have this working 😍
