I use Miro extensively for work purposes, and also have a paid plan for personal use ($10 / month). I’m based in South Africa so the relative cost is higher than other markets.
Given that it’s not something I use all the time, I can’t justify spending $20 / month (or $192 / year) to access a lot of the most useful diagramming shapes.
I totally understand it if you’re a busy user or using it for revenue generating activity, but it seems overly restrictive for a tool that’s not used a lot.
I’ll be looking to revert to the free plan (churn) and rather use private boards on my work plan for some of the content as a result.
I thought it’s good to leave this feedback somewhere rather than churn un-noticed.
