Often there isn’t a shape for the exact thing you need to illustrate. That may be due to a newer resource than what is in the shapes library, or just simply something that isn’t included.
The nice thing is that you can import an image/icon manually if you find the image elsewhere.
The downside is that these imported images are second class citizens to shapes. There should be a way to convert at least SVG images to a shape, or at a bare minimum allow for an attached text box to label the item.
