Lock Elements on specific features (resize, color changes, transform, etc.)

As a Board Owner I want to have a feature that allows to lock specific objects or Elements on different kind of editing settings, so people don’t edit objects by accident while trying to drag them for example. 

Sometimes it is usefull that specific elements are locked on certain features. So people won’t accidently transform elements by trying to drag them. So I would love to have the option as an Board Owner to lock certain editing Features on certain objects. The features has to be narrowed down to element wise settings, so I’m able to lock only specific elements.
