Education Plan: Either Unlimited Members or Multiple Teams

I would vote for either multiple teams per account or unlimited users for the Education Plan.

There are too many constraints with capping the number of members per team and only being allowed to have one team.

@Benjamin Shirtcliff - I updated your post to indicate that you are presumably referring to the Education Plan.

For any readers who have found the single team structure to be too restrictive, and are not in a position to upgrade to the Business or Enterprise Plan, one strategy to consider is using Projects to function as “sub teams”.
