The Saved Files library is handy, but I find myself using many of the same files – mainly system icons and corporate logos – across many teams that I am a member of.
Ideally, there would be an option to store the files at the team OR account profile level.
My current state process for when I want to have these files in my Save Files library in a team is to have them stored in a custom template at the company level that I add to a board when I join a new team and then save all of the files to my “saved files” library. And, if the team is outside of my organization, I then have to add the custom template to a board and share the board with myself or access via guest or visitor mode.
