We want to reduce our Team size from 10 Users to say 5 Users.
Currently, the ONLY way to do this is to Cancel our existing plan, and then start a new plan and we have to enter Credit Card details on the Miro portal.
This is NOT User friendly!
Can we please have functionality whereby one can Reduce a team size, and remain on the whatever Billing Method (e.g. Invoice) once is currently on, and NOT have to go through the rigor of Cancelling an existing subscription, only to start a new (different) one later on.
