Autogroup elements when Frame is around it

When I create a frame around some objects, they should automatically be grouped and attached to the frame.

When I move the frame, the content inside it should move with it as well.

@Ravid Aloni Isn't this the way it already works today? 🤔 When I create frames around objects, the objects become part of the frame and when I then move the frame, the objects move with it. They aren't automatically grouped though, so that's new.
