Let us move the text along the connection line

Let us move the text along the connection line. Since the middle and the later parts of the connection lines are getting pretty crowded, It would be great if I can move the texts towards the beginning part of the connection like where only itselft exist.

Was it helpful?

I actually moved my line text along a line so I could get my long “yes” line readable from the box it came out of.   I was however unable to repeat my action on other lines, so how did it happen?

On a Mac using trackpad you can either:

  • Double-click to pickup and single click to drop
  • Click-and-hold to pickup and release to drop

Now if only I could centre-justify the line text.

This was possible, until it wasn’t. Is there some way to disable to feature, or was it broken?

It looks like it is (no longer?) possible to move text along a line? It keeps being centered between two objects and it is impossible to move.

I’ve pretty much given up pretending that Miro staff monitors this forum, acknowledges defects, or keeps its users updated on resolutions.

This is not delivered, there is no way to move the text.  You can delete it and click on the line where you want a new spot, but you cant “move”
