When using a swimlane you are not able to adjust the height of all the swimlanes at once to make them even. Right now all you can do is have them auto adjust which makes some lanes bigger or smaller than other or you can adjust each one manually. However, when you adjust it manually, there are no blue line indicators that pop up (like it does when creating shapes) to indicate that your swimlanes are all the same size. You should be able to adjust all swimlane widths/lengths to be the same or at the very least be able to manually change them all but have and indictor when they are even.

As a second notation to this, there is only a template for a horizontal swimlane and I would like to see a template for a vertical swimlane as well. I have also found it more helpful to build a swimlane template using shapes rather than a table feature for my lanes. This way I can get the sizing indicators.
