I want to work with many (50-100) different worksheet templates (as one board each) and I want to give access to one client to the whole project. Currently, this is only possible by copy/pasting each individual board and invite a client to each board with one email.
As I have more than 50 boards in a business series, thats 50 boards copied and 50 emails send to the same client. Now imagine I have more than 100 clients per month…
They will not only think I am nuts but also I would do nothing else all day but copy/pasting boards and invite clients.
There needs to be a simple bulk action for that.
- Copy the whole project with all boards
- Invite the guests with one email to all boards in this project. Same as you can add team members to a new team project. This should be really easy to do.
- Ideally this could be automated with a webhook that is triggered by my payment system or at least using Zapier.
