My superpower is making everyone feel like an expert.

️ Superpower: Making everyone feel like an expert Your vibe: Accessible, thoughtful, and encouraging
I like to keep things simple within a template and let the participants have time to chat and discuss - my way of making sure everyone feels like an expert! I’ve included dot voting and a spinner in the template for times when conversation and inspiration drops a bit.
@Jaime Moncada @Shannonraleigh can you please subit your Miro boards to Miroverse via this link? We’ll add them to the dedicated challenge category.

Cheers from a Strategic Visionary!
This nice test motivated me to complete and achieve the AI Leadership Compass & Plan. It is a practical framework designed to support thoughtful, structured, and collaborative approaches to AI leadership. By translating traditional leadership skills into actionable AI practices, it encourages continuous learning, clarity in complexity, and shared growth.
This approach closely aligns with the Strategic Visionary profile identified in my assessment, combining strategic thinking with creativity, simplifying complexity, and encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Finally, I have proudly shared my creator persona on LinkedIn.
The Creator Persona quiz tells me that I’m “The Knowledge Sharer” and my superpower is making everyone feel like an expert. The Application Onboarding Template aims at doing just that—making new starters feel like an expert by guiding them through a new application they might’ve onboarded. With the help of a mind-map, we can turn complex ideas into simple, actionable learnings for others. The template is designed to match my vibe: Accessible, thoughtful, and encouraging.
Highlights of the template
Makes uses of cool Miro features—Miro AI, Mind-map, Docs, Polls, and Dot voting.
The template is organized and has clear instructions on how to use it (for the facilitator/person copying the template) as well as clear instructions for the end-user (the person going through the onboarding process).
Fun little interactive elements spread across the Miro board make it more engaging for the end-user and also captures feedback for the facilitator.
Is 100% free from accessibility issues, checked using the Miro accessibility checker.
Fun fact: I’ve used Miro AI to generate this template by giving it prompts on exactly what I was looking for and then refining them using the prompts and manually thereafter. This includes the contents of the docs, the onboarding guide, the images, sticky-notes, and even the mind-map!
The quiz also identified me as a ‘Knowledge Sharer’ - the profile talks about my passion for making things accessible for people by keeping things simple and allowing insights I discover to be super accessible.
This is very accurate as many of the templates i produce are simple in design to encourage my colleagues and others to ‘have a go’ and try out a new technique or approach. This template is about encouraging people to try out building profiles based off the research that they do, as they do it. So being able to enter evidence etc as you go encourages people to get stuck in and start to collate and build information. Over time they can refine it and even move insights around from section to section as they learn more about each profile.
Hi there! I'm excited to be part of this challenge. According to the quiz, I'm a Knowledge Sharer and that's exactly what inspired this template.
Today, many organizations are constantly undergoing transformation. They face complex innovation processes, from hackathons to workshops and strategic challenges.
My superpower is turning complexity into simplicity, Making everyone feel like an expert. I created this template as a clear, guided space where creativity leads the way and people can feel relaxed and inspired. I hope it helps teams around the world to collaborate, ideate, and grow together.
I LOVE building stuff for the community - Here’s the Miro board I have created for the Impact measurement Community of Practice - the CoP gather practitionners all around Canada and more.
Hey hey! I took the quiz. And I’am COLLABORATION CATALYST person uhuuuu
That’s tottally true! I really love to collaborate and put people together, I’m recognized by build great relationships and make teams collaborate together.
Here’s my template that reflect my persona, the influence compass. The best way to collaborate is understand who you should involve, keep informed and share the decisions. What do you think??
Wow! @Véronique Carbonneau - you board looks impressive and it’s a great representation of a Community Champion persona indeed (as a Community specialist would also personally love to learn more) Would you mind sharing it as a Miroverse template to participate in the challenge and take a chance to win headphones?
