the high quality export still greyed out even though upgraded account

I have just upgraded my miro account to export my slides with high quality. But the options are still greyed out. I have a presentatin tomorrow and need to solve this issu before 8 am british time tomorrow.

      If your high-quality export options are greyed out after upgrading, try these steps:

      1. Log out and back in — sometimes the plan upgrade needs a session refresh.
      2. Check your team/board — make sure the board is under the upgraded account. Sometimes, the boards are stored in a free plan team.
      3. Update the app/browser — ensure you’re on the latest version.

      If it’s still not working, please share a screenshot of the export menu so we can help troubleshoot further.
