Is there a way to read the team name through the SDK? Or do i have to make a backend REST call to fetch the team name? (One problem i see with this approach is that the Team API is only available on the Enterprise plan - which makes sense for more complex team integrations like sync etc, but for just reading the team name its a bit overkill.)
I developed a program that reads a database with information on one column and classification on another. Then it uploads the info as stick note items and attach its classification as a tag. But when I run the program, the stick notes appear on the board, but I need to refresh the page to see the tags.Is there a way to show the classification without refreshing, or make the API refresh the page? The program is not an app on Miro, it is just a Python script with a tkinter interface.
Hi,We are using miro as task board over Lean Construction Methodology in construction industry. We have to coordinate worker tasks in a building with appcards. But we need to apply bgcolor to appcards to keep the color visible when you do a zoom out. (Each colo represents a different worker). Is possible to add in style field the bgcolor property instead of theme? best regards

Starting with Zoom, I want to add the Affinity App and utilize this to conduct an affinity workshop.
This will be a Workshop with five to a dozen participants and a facilitator. I want to use Zoom for the general workspace. Add the Whiteboard app. Add the Miro Affinity app (template). Each participant will submit sticky notes that everyone can see. The facilitator can move the stickies around to group them under headers and columns. Is this possible?
Hi,I created an app for Miro and deployed it as version 0.9.I shared the app via the Installation URL and everything worked fine. Now I did an update and deployed this as version 0.91.With my normal user/browser, this update is not accessible.Even when doing reload of the board or granting access to the app via the Installation URL has no effect. Still, the old version of the app is used (see the “blue” profile). When I use a different browser profile (the “green” profile) and login with the same user, then the updated version is visible (v0.91).Now I wonder if this is a caching problem in the browser (chrome) and if I need to delete any data.Is there anything else I can do to force my normal browser to use the updated version of the app?
I am trying to visualize my Spotfire dashboards into our Miro board via Embed iFrame code. Unfortunately, both “&autoplay=yep” nor “&embedAutoplay=true” seem to load the iFrame automatically… This is the code I use:<iframe src=" https://www.linktomysportfiredashboard.com&embedAutoplay=true" height="900" width="1895"></iframe> How can I fix this issue? Additionally, in case it’s not possible to load/open automatically, can I set a thumbnail? Great thanks in advance!
I want to have non-registered Miro users come to my website and use an embedded Miro board but I don't want Miro ads popping up asking them to either sign up or create an account so they could display their real name. I also want control of the board so I can programmatically set permissions on the board, create the board from a copy of another board, or use the API however else I chose too. I don't understand what the boardPicker does exactly, I see there's a client ID, so that leads me to think there's some type of authentication that could possibly run a board as a service account. If what I'm thinking is true, would multiple non registered users be able to interact with the board or are there limitations? Thanks,John

Hi, For some reasons if user looses his access token and refresh token, or if a user’s refresh token has expired, we need to initiate the OAuth flow again, this is ok.But the authorize button shows ‘Add again’ not ‘Authorize’ while app is still being installed. This is wired, can it be changed? Thanks!
We use the Miro create sticky note item API (https://developers.miro.com/reference/create-sticky-note-item) and send HTML in the content field. We notice that the CSS styling (ex: font-style: italic; etc) is not being reflected in the sticky note in default display (however its visible when it is in “edit” state). This seems to be a regression since this was visible before in default display. Can you suggest a way in which we can use the Sticky Note API to create notes with stylised (italics, bold, underline etc) content?
Dear Miro-Developer Team, I absolutely love the feature of uploading images through the Miro Web SDK as a base64 url. Moreover I have submitted an App that is already leveraging this workflow. Nevertheless this feature is still experimental and i wanted to asked to questions regarding that.First of all I would be interested wether you plan on continuing this upload method? In my opinion it is a pretty straight forward approach in uploading images and of course would like to see it being officially implemented in the Web SDK.Moreover I sometimes notice an error that is thrown especially at connection loss:Is this rather a random error or might this be something more crucial and might be a hurdle for the implementation of this feature further down the line?Looking forward discussing this topic and feature. Kind regards, Max
Hello community!I found a strange error going through logs, which is not reproducible so easily. The error message is “An error occurred while retrieving the subscription. Contact support to request assistance”, status is 400 and the code is “7.0913”.Does this happen to anyone and can any information be provided in order to understand the error ?Thanks in advance
The problem : I want to details of the board (specifically the viewport of the board) , that i have embedded to my web app using live embed. I do have the board ID , and accessToken that is given by boardpicker . Is there way any to control the embedded miro board using the web sdk with the details that i already have ?Currently using the web sdk.js package to the project always returns empty viewport data, mostly because the app is NOT authenticated with the board embedded in my webapp .Any help is very much appreciated
