I joined for free and join a team my company had created.
I created a board. I then paid for starter and had to create a new team.
Now I can’t download or use any of the starter features on the boards I created. It just keeps saying I need to upgrade my account. I have starter and as part of that I was told I’d be able to download high-res PDF.
Were the boards created under a different team or something?

How do I download the boards I created if I have paid for the starter pack?
So far not the best start with Miro.

Yes. To break it down, licenses are purchased and then assigned to Miro user account profiles.
You will need to move your boards from the Free Plan team to the new Starter Plan that you just created.
