When I try to submit an application for the Education plan, my email with the address @edu.hse.ru is not accepted. Please help me figure out how to make the form go through.

I think this usually happens when Miro doesn’t recognize your email domain. Make sure:

  1. Double-check for typos or spaces.
  2. Try a different browser or incognito mode.
  3. If it’s still not accepted, contact Miro Support and ask them to manually verify or whitelist your domain.
