why doesnt the copy and sync option doesn’t show up?

how do i get tech support for it?

  • The exact steps you’re taking when trying to use “Copy and Sync”

  • A screenshot or short video showing what you're seeing (or not seeing) on the board

@Myriam Loda It's also important to know that the Synced Copies feature is only available on the Business and Enterprise plans.

Hi  Eca and Robert, thanks for getting back to me and apologies for my late reply, it’s taking a while for my IT team at work to look into license type - they confirmed now we have Enterprise.

I followed these steps: Synced copies – Miro Help Center

Feature does appear in the 3 dot contextual menu occasionally, but mostly not.
Tried Edge and Chrome with same result. 
New thing frequently happening now:  the 3 dot menu does not open at all!
