I’d love to learn from how other teams are using Miro in real projects.
Sometimes a small workflow change can completely level up collaboration.

One game-changing workflow we built in Miro this year was a cross-team project tracker:

  • Kanban-style boards for each department with color-coded tasks.

  • Embedded templates for weekly updates and meeting notes.

  • Automated links between tasks and reference docs for quick access.

  • Result: Reduced email follow-ups by 40% and improved visibility across teams.

Adding icons and tags for priority and blockers made the workflow even more intuitive.
