I am currently using the free trial of Miro and have registered my card for monthly payment. I want to cancel my subscription but it won’t let me. 

Therefore, I would like someone to cancel my subscription to ensure it doesn’t transition to a paid plan after the trial period. I kindly request your assistance in canceling all payment-related details and subscriptions linked to my account.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt help in resolving this matter.

Hi, I have the same problem, could you help me?

I want to cancel my subscription to the business plan.

I only used Miro for a university class; I don't need it anymore. Supposedly, I was able to cancel the subscription, but I'm worried about not being able to remove my card number. Could you tell me if I've already unsubscribed and won't be charged? Please help. This is what appears in my profile, under the billing tab:

 

It says the business plan trial expires on October 27th, and below it says "Reactivate trial." So, I won't be charged? My goal is to cancel it before I get charged, so I hope you can help me.

P.S. English isn't my first language, so I'm sorry if anything I wrote isn't clear.
