Upgraded to Starter Plan but still asking me to upgrade when I try to create sub-record

I’m trying to create sub-records in a project schedule on a board. I upgraded to the starter plan but it’s still not working and asking me to upgrade when I try this.

      This used to work for us as well - it seems that an “Advanced License” is now required for this basic feature.

        This is really frustrating as our detailed plan can no longer be amended with sub-tasks, really disappointing!
