Hello,

 

Our organization is in need of updating email aliases for user accounts inside of our Enterprise Plan. We have gone through the help documents and have had users try manually updating their emails. This resulted in failures, and they were unable to complete this process.

 

I am the admin for our Miro plan; I was able to complete this process for my account. Not sure of the differences in doing this, just the experience we have seen. From reading online, there is no way for the Miro admin to update user emails for them, it has to be done by the user. Is there a way around this so we can get these aliases updated?

 

Also, we have looked for a Miro support email and have been unsuccessful, and we are not sure who to reach out to at this point (there is also no listing of who our contact person for Miro is) - if anyone could help us/point us in the right direction, we would appreciate it!
