Hi, I’m trying to give a non-team user “Can View” access to a board under out Business level account. When I do this, I get a message saying only members of your team can edit boards. Am I not understanding how this works?

The Business plan supports a single team whereas the Consultant plan allows setting up multiple teams for dealing with different clients.
As such, unless you use the anonymous guest editor approach to share a board view-only, you’d have to add these users to your team.
