there was a problem uploading your image

every time when I screen clip an image and paste to the board, it will pop up a notice: there was a problem uploading your image

 

yesterday it’s ok and I only success once today. the image format is PNG and not large 

I changed lots of VPN and refresh my PC Miro and miro page still not fix

who can help me

Thanks for reaching out! If you're seeing the "There was a problem uploading your image" message, here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot:

  • Check in incognito mode or a different browser to see if the issue persists.
  • Disable browser extensions (especially ones like Grammarly) as they can sometimes interfere with Miro.
  • If you're using the Miro Desktop app, reset the app data to clear any potential conflicts.
  • If the issue occurs on a specific board, try duplicating the board and see if it still happens on the copy.

If none of these steps help, I recommend submitting a support ticket here with details about your browser, device, HAR logs, and the date when the issue started.

I suddenly have the same issue. Switched to the app, restored older boards, tried a different browser. Nothing helps, images don’t appear and are all gone. Huge problem. 

Also, in my Miro dashboard nothing appears. ​​​​​​Not even my profile picture.

Similar problems here in that last hour. After 30 minutes I was able to upload two pictures.
