I am the owner of a board, and I am on the Education plan.
However, on my board, there is no “Present” button. It is just missing: Between my profile button and the Share Button, there is nothing.
Also, when I click the frames button at the bottom of the screen, it is empty.
I have not found any information about Presentation being restricted. How can I enable it? Or is this a bug?

@Stefan Schmidlin Yikes! I just tested with my spouse’s Education Plan and experienced the same thing.
Upon review of the Interactive Presentation Mode help center article, I see there is no longer a reference to the Education Plan:
It looks like your only option now is to use the Slides feature.
As odd as this decision seems, perhaps this is just the start of sunsetting the Present button in favour of Slides.
Any thoughts on this, @Kenneth Ritley?
@Robert Johnson Hmmm. . . I still have it in this case:
But that is not to say it will not be removed. Miro is pretty sophisticated with their rollouts in different waves. So I will keep my eyeballs peeled.
As I’ve said before I think I am somewhat a victim because slides takes us back in time to the PowerPoint days - and I’d prefer them to re-think what a presentation is.
Every once in a while one of my students uses a cool online tool for two-dimensional presentations, where the idea is not just to navigate forward and backward but leftways and rightways and slantways and Wonka-ways. THAT would be the kind of innovation I’d like to see from Miro!
So . . . I suspect my days are numbered. Probably I’ll still avoid slides and build my own app for navigating - which I suppose I could do this anyway to achieve the 2D effect.
@Kenneth Ritley Thanks for confirming.
Ahhh, yah. Ze Wonkavator!
Thanks for all your replies! I was able to move the board to another team that is also on the Education plan, and there the button re-appeared. That somewhat confirms all of your answers: Some teams already lost it, some still have it, and probably it’s just a preparation to a move to slides.
BUT it’s still really odd, because I still have the frames button, it just shows only empty frames. Also, it would be nice to indicate this move on the instructional pages - i didn’t even know about the slides feature.
Thanks all !
@Stefan Schmidlin And today, the Present button is appearing again in my spouse’s Education Plan. And, when you add at least one frame to a board, the Present button is also present in the frames sidebar:
