Team vs Business (Miro Smart Diagramming)

I am comparing Team vs Business and there is Business only feature title (Miro Smart Diagramming) which states “Visualize ideas fast with tools for BPMN, ERD, cloud architecture, and more.”

I am definitely going to do some BPMN related diagrams and Cloud type diagrams.  BUT not sure if this is simply stating Business and above is the only one that can DO BPMN or CLOUD type diagrams or if it is something else entirely.  When I look at Miro it has BPMN in the lower version.

Could someone shine some light on what exactly does (Miro Smart Diagramming) mean?

Hi @gsaunders,

We do have some basic shape packs available on all plans, as well as some advanced packs (full list here) accessible only on some plans (including Business and Consultant plans). So if you were to choose the Team plan, the packs available to you will be: 

  • Basic shapes
  • Flowchart
  • Connectors
  • Callouts

I also found this app: Smart diagrams available on all plans, so maybe it can be a substitute for the advanced packs if you would decide to go with the Team plan.
