Switching Team Admin

My employee started a Miro Board (as a Team Admin). She left the company last year, no longer works for us and I don’t have access to her email. We would like to transfer the Team Admin role to my email and also purchase a paid subscription going forward. What are my next steps or What options do I have to do this? Thanks

    ​@Daniel Pho Miro “may” promote you to Team Admin, but very likely only if (a) your Miro account profile is using the same domain as the sole Team Admin, and (b) you are not using a freemail domain, e.g., gmail.com.

    However, you could just:

    1. Create a new, paid team/subscription
    2. Duplicate any boards you don’t own
    3. and then move all boards to the new team.
