I’ve paid for a year of the Starter Plan with two seats and have the receipt, however, the upgrade hasn’t taken place yet. I’m unable to contact the Miro team directly because the system still has me in the Free Plan, so I’m stuck. Can anyone advise?

@Todd S. - Let’s take a quick look at a few things to see if we can get you going quicker than you may hear back from the support team.
First, did you did you upgrade a Free Plan team or create a new team/subscription?
And have you:
signed out and back into your Miro account; and
if you have more than one team space associated with your profile, have you reviewed each of them to see if your subscription exists on one of them?
You can check each spaces by going into the Team profile setttings:
and then you can cycle through each space’s profile page using this navigation:

You nailed it. Oddly, it indexed to another google workspace that I have. It looks like I will need to work with Miro to have it moved over. Thanks for your help!
