Hi @lorena.a.arnal
Thanks for reaching out! What you’re seeing is related to Miro Lite, which allows you to quickly create a temporary board without signing up. These boards are only stored for 7 days unless they’re linked to a registered Miro account.
To keep your board:
-
Open the board link in the same browser and tab where you originally created it.
-
While the board is open, click Sign up (or log in if you already created an account).
-
After logging in, look for the option to Save the board to your account — this should unlock it and prevent deletion.
If you’ve already signed up but didn’t save the board to your account during that session, it may remain a Miro Lite board. In that case, the system will delete it after the 7-day period, and recovery won’t be possible.
Tip: Make sure you’re logging in with the same email address you used when signing up, and try accessing the board from your browser history if needed.
If you still can’t save the board after following these steps, I’d recommend contacting Miro Support directly for further assistance.
