Some years ago, we started using MIRO within our company, and several teams created their own spaces. Unfortunately, the admins in those teams left the company some time ago. I want to delete those teams and the boards they created to reduce waste in our navigation and get rid of outdated information. Would it be possible for you to grant me admin access to those teams?

Hi @Benjamin Berger, welcome to the Miro community 👋

Thanks for your question — you're not alone in running into this kind of situation, especially as teams evolve over time.

To regain access to teams without active admins, you’ll need to contact Miro Support directly. For security reasons, they can’t grant access through the community.

Let me know if you need anything else!

@Benjamin Berger - I would also add that, if the admins of those teams were using corporate domain email addresses, you could request those addresses be reactivated for the purpose of securing those teams and their content.

Another option is to explore a Miro Enterprise subscription as a part of the service would include capturing these teams, content, and users into your Enterprise subscription (again, however, only if the admins or at members were using owned domains, e.g., not all @gmail.com accounts).

You can contact Miro sales to inquire about an Enterprise subscription.
