We are designing a JSM service desk using portals only (no email) and need to come up with a blueprint to map the customer process from first call to service desk (tier 1) to resolution.  Does a blueprint already exist that we can use to design and document our process?

WOW - every once in a while there is a super-cool request like yours. I think a set of ITSM templates in Miro would be a gold mine for people setting up service delivery!  I know there are templates you can purchase for e.g. Signavio - but the only thing I have seen in Miro is this:

But I would be very keep to learn if other people have templates!

Thanks a bunch, ​@Kenneth Ritley !  You are too kind.  I will take a look at your templates but if nothing fits then maybe what I will do is create and share what I build so others can have a blueprint to use. I appreciate the response.  Keep in touch and let me know what you find!
