Does anyone know how to delete/remove milestones from this timeline view? adding is very easy - you just click and a new one appears, but deleting them appears to be impossible?

I have had the same issue before. To delete a milestone, simply click on it and press the backspace key. Avoid right-clicking and selecting delete, as that option removes the entire roadmap instead of just the milestone.

Hi there…
just wondering if this template is still maintained. We recently worked on a big roadmap created with this roadmap planning template. All of a sudden all data disappeared. The following screen is shown.
What can I do? Contact the support team? Where? Maybe someone could help me out here ;K) Would appreciate it… Thx in advance.

it does say, contact the support desk, I suggest you raise a ticket with Monday support? sounds like it is maintained because that ticket suggests they have upgraded the template to use newer tech but your data couldnt be migrated.
