[RESOLVED] Why I can't open card description ?


Hi 
I'm encountering an issue that I hope you can help me resolve. Here are the details:
- I **cannot** open card description even though other members can.
- The problem occurs even on the boards I created.
- I'm using Chrome, and even after updating to the latest version and clearing the cache, I still experience the issue.
- I also tried using Safari, but the problem persists.
Could you please advise why I'm unable to open card details and suggest any possible solutions? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Hello!

I'm also having the same problem. My cards won't expand and I can't see the descriptions on them.

When I try to click to expand, the side menu disappears from the screen and doesn't come back.

I've been having the same problem since the day before yesterday.
I think it's probably a system problem.

Hello, guys! I've opened a ticket with Miro support [DZEZGL-640L6], and sent them all evidence about the case. So far, they haven't sent an update or conclusion, but it's under analysis. 

The Miro team is asking at some evidences, such as:

  1. Does the issue appear on one specific board or on all boards for you? Could you please share a link to any problematic board?
  2. Does the issue appear only for you? Have you heard about similar issues on these boards from your colleagues and collaborators?
  3. When did you start observing this issue? Please share the approximate date and time.
  4. What type of app you use? Is that Miro in the browser, Desktop app, Mobile app, or Tablet app? Does the issue appear in Miro both in the browser and the app? If the issue appears in a browser, could you please specify which one you use and what's its version?

If you send this evidence to this community, or open tickets for Miro, you'll help us find the problem.

Please, how do I open a ticket with Miro support?

I’ve been dealing with the same problem, can’t expand card description. Afraid of losing the info we’ve put in there.

In another post, they gave a solution. By changing the language from Portuguese (my original) to English, the board displays the cards again.

I tested it here and it worked correctly.

Thank you!

I changed the language setting from Japanese to English and it was fixed.

But when I changed it back to Japanese, the same problem occurred again.
