Hello

The problem is that i can’t upload any pictures to the board anymore. Tried to do it from browser but failed. Why does it happen?

Same here.

Same here with PPT or PDFs - The support of Miro doesn´t have time to support, so help please! :-)

@chrisruether  & @Esther van Pijkeren - I’m getting the same issue when uploading via a web browser or the Miro app on a Windows 10 PC.

@Marina - if you are still online, can you escalate this as it does look like a general issue?

@Kiron Bondale @chrisruether @Esther van Pijkeren @anastasiadobrovolskaya :

I am unable to use the content creation toolbar’s upload button to upload .jpg, .pdf, .xlsx, or .pptx in both the browser or desktop app versions of Miro.

Workaround → Drag and drop the files onto the board is working for me for all file types and clients.

Same here, I can’t upload anything

@Kiron Bondale @chrisruether @Esther van Pijkeren @anastasiadobrovolskaya @peggy winkels :

I have opened a Miro Support ticket and will keep this post updated with the status of the issue.

As a workaround, you should still be able to drag-and-drop files onto the Miro board.

As an FYI, there is another issue going on at the moment → Endless Loading at Sign In

UPDATE #1: Miro engineers are working on the issue and have acknowledged it on their official status page:

UPDATE #2: @Vlada has reported that the issue should be resolved. Can someone open up a board (or refresh one that you're in already) and try uploading a file using the upload button and reply back here with your findings? I can't at the moment as I'm in a hotel for the night due to sewage/water issues at the house and didn't bring my laptop. Thanks!

I did try from the Miro mobile app on my Android device and from forcing "desktop" mode in my Chrome mobile browser and it worked in both cases 👍😁

Now I can upload my files: PPT and PDF.
Everything working fine - thanks Guys

Yesterday’s issue of not being able to upload files to a board using the “upload” action has been resolved.
