Hello,

My name is Yaryna, and I am currently working as a German tutor in Lviv, Ukraine. I greatly appreciate everything that Miro offers for students and teachers – thank you for making education more fun and accessible!

Because of the ongoing war and financial difficulties, I am not always able to pay for a premium version. I would be very grateful if there were any chance for me to receive a free Miro version to create boards for my students.

Thank you very much for your help and support. I would really appreciate your response.

With kind regards,
Yaryna

Dear Miro team,

My name is Maryna, and I teach English in Ukraine. I’ve been using Miro as a teaching tool, and I truly admire how it helps make lessons more dynamic and collaborative. It has become an important part of how I organize and deliver my classes.

Unfortunately, given the ongoing war and the financial difficulties many of us are facing, I’m currently unable to afford the premium plan. I would be incredibly thankful if you could consider providing me with free access to a full version of Miro for educational purposes. It would really support my teaching and benefit my students.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and kindness.

Warm regards,

Maryna

Dear Miro Team,

I'm Olha and I'm Ukrainian, I am currently working as a German tutor in Kharkiv, Ukraine. I've heard that it is possible to get a free subscription for ukrainians. Is it still possible? Thanks in advance.

Best wishes,
Olha

Requesting a free subscription due to the ongoing war in Ukraine please consider humanitarian circumstances.

hI @wwwndrland and @Jack Wills thanks for reaching out! I’ve gone ahead and converted your post into a support ticket. Our team will review and follow up with you directly.

Please consider offering a free subscription due to the ongoing war in Ukraine—support during this time means a lot.

Hi @Jack Wills

Just a quick heads-up that the support team is ready to assist, but there’s a small step needed on your end before they can proceed. Please check the ticket I created for you—they’ve shared what you need to do next. Once you complete that, they’ll be able to move forward. Let me know if you need help with anything along the way.
