Hi, Miro Community!

I have been using Miro and still enjoy it very much, but I would like to request a refund for an additional user who wasn’t added to my account, even though was never in my admin panel. I truly hope that the Miro Support will understand my situation and accommodate my request by refunding the charges for these 10 months. Also, there is no option to change it.

@Julia Fruktenbein - Your best course of action is to reach out directly to the billing team by opening a support ticket.

Because you are using a paid Miro subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

After you have selected Contact support from the Learning Center, select Billing & Subscription → Billing & Payments / Other.

I would like to ask for refund. I have joined today, but I was disappointed, since I didn’t get the service which expected. I thought that I can join my students into classes and they can edit inside, since I need a platform which gives my students possibility to do exercises in class, drawing and typing.But when I tried to get the link for a student, it was written that it will be given 7 days trail, and after that my student will will be also charged as well. This is not what I expected. Here in Uzbekistan 10 dollars not little money for a suscription. I am a mother who raises a child along, trying to earn money by teaching. Please, if you can, send me money back.

@Guzaliya - You mentioned $10, so I will assume you have a Starter Plan subscription.

It sounds like you were using the Team invite link which, yes, would require an additional license as you would be inviting them to join you team as a fully licensed member.

Visitor Feature

You can use the Visitors feature for free. This is labelled as “Anyone with the link” at the bottom of the share settings dialogue.

Just set it to anything other than “No access”, and then use the Copy board link  at the very bottom left of the share settings dialogue (or copy the board URL/link from your browser’s address/location bar):
