Hi Miro Community! How do I request for a refund of an automatically deducted payment in my bank? Is it possible that I can request a refund for my situation? I am actually a student from the Philippines and used Miro for a particular project. With that, I entered my bank details to avail a trial period. When the free trial period ended, I canceled the subscription billing and thought that it was already completed since the screen just loaded. With that, I want to request a refund because I really don't have the money to pay $96. That money was actually for my tuition payment. I used some of your products and I really think that it was great. However, the immediate yearly subscription is very heavy for me to pay. Pls help me on this matter. Thank you
