Hey here, I am looking for the ideas.
Given: Used Miro board during a call with a client. We agreed about High-Level backlog for next 6 months. All tasks are written down as Kanban Cards (which you can open, write a description, put assignee and tags).
All tasks are estimated in hours, some of them are really heavy, other one smalls 1-2 h.
Capacity of our team could be adjusted. It could be 100 h/per months, 200, 300, 500 - client should choose. Client pays for dedicated amount of h. Of course he want to get all features sooner and in the same time pay for the less amount of h per month.
I would like to show him the different timelines for next six months, where each months has 100h,200h/300h etc.
Like we put all tasks for a timeline and see, that there are not enough space.
Or all of them fit, and there is extra time.
I did all of this manually: draw the line with months, adjusted the size of tasks. It is not cool. Would like to have some automation solution.
