@Davide Fantin - Nope - you’re not missing anything… I am seeing inconsistent results when loading loading the org chart widget from different browsers/team spaces, but all with the same Miro user profile:

If you have a paid subscription, I would suggest that you open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

Hey, I’m having the same issue. With the same (paid) user, I have these boards with org charts and import csv actions. When opening a new board, I don’t get this “Import CSV” button when creating org charts anymore. This was opened 1 year ago, do we have a solution?
