Question

Oops something went wrong… when adding confluence links

Have been trying to add confluence links and keep getting “Oops something went wrong”

Its not the cookies - google drive works fine. The issue is that it does not give the option to sign into confluence.

Was it helpful?

@Kirill Gorelov - Are you pasting a Confluence page link directly from the browser address bar, or are you using Confluence’s Copy link action?

If you are using the Copy link action, I believe there is still an issue with these links as Confluence is creating a shortened, redirect URL that Miro cannot resolve.

More on this here:

Reporting the issue to Miro support

If you are using a paid Miro subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

Hey Robert,

Thanks for the reply.

I am copying it directly (from the address bar)

@Kirill Gorelov - I think we can also rule out that the board may be set to public as you should then see this message:

When the Confluence integration is first authorized, it should create an app in your Miro team’s app list. You would try uninstalling that, i.e., “resetting” everything. All of the details should be in this help center article.

Or, I would suggest opening a Miro support ticket for further investigation as there could be a boarder issue.

Tried removing the Confluence app for the team and than adding a confluence link. It did not work unforunately. Will reach out to support.

Thanks Robert!
