I received an e-mail from Rewards@ethn.io, following the completion of a user feedback study. I was wondering if this is indeed a spam, as the website itself looks fairly robust and not the ordinary style phishing site. They have not asked for bank details or anything, which is also making me wonder if this is legitimate.

Could a member of the community provide any information on this?

Many thanks,

Mark

@Mark Goldberg - I completed a user research study and received a similar email from the same email address - it was all legit.

If you look at the details of the email, you should see an *@miro.com email address in the Reply to field. You could always forward the email to that person to confirm. Note: my reply to address was to e******@miro.com

Hi Mark!

Josh here from Miro’s UX Research team, I can confirm Ethnio is how we send research participants their ‘Thank you’ gifts after they’ve participated in their sessions. So it’s totally legit 🙂

Amazing! What a treat. My lucky day. Thanks for your help guys!
